Whats new in NeuQs Free Help Desk V1.002
So another update to NeuQs has been released. We are constantly working on the customer feedback we get and fixing any bugs and also adding new features. The latest update includes the following:
- Complete action of updates - some of our customers who had upgraded to v1.001 noticed that when setting an action to complete such as close call or await customer response, NeuQs would not send an email out and complete the action at the designated time. We issued a fix immediately to those customers who reported the problem, and the fix is now available for all users.
- Multiple Default Users - Neuqs v1.001 only supported a single default user - the latest update enables any number of default users to be set. The default user feature provides a way for new calls to automatically be assigned to a user. If the user is of the type 'public user' then the call will then be visible to all other support operatives offering them the chance to take ownership or update the call should the need arise.
- Print Update - A few of our customers reported problems with printing a call summary where certain updates were very large. The latest update contains a fix for this.
- Opened for user fix- NeuQs allows users to set the user for whom the call was opened for. When this user is set, the user is automatically assigned to the call and cannot be removed unless a new user is selected as the 'opened for user'. Some of our users noted that this value was being set to null even though it had been set when the call was created. The problem was tracked down and has now been resolved.
