Searching the NeuQs Help Desk Call Database
Search for a Specific Help Desk Call
Enter a Call Id or search phrase in the search box...
Click the Search icon...
Any matching helpd desk calls are shown on screen.
Remove the Help Desk Call Filter
Executing a search in the help desk applies a filter to the help desk call listing...
Click Reset View to remove the search filter in order to return to the unfiltered help desk call list.
View Similar Help Desk Calls
Look on the Similar Calls tab to view other help desk calls with a similar title:
Using Advanced Search
An Advanced Search is available for you to search the database by entering specific criteria that relates to the help desk call(s) you want to find and/or review
Click Advanced Search...
TIP:
Refine your search results bt entering more search criteria. Try again with different criteria if no results or too many results are retured.
Enter search criteria as required...
- Characters, words or phrases contained in call titles
- Characters, words or phrases contained in updates
- Client
- User(s)
- Calls from a particular date
- Call Type
- Include Closed Calls
- File Name
Click Search and Close...
Only those help desk calls that match the search criteria are shown on screen.
Click Refresh to update the help desk calls on your call listing whilst maintaining any filters that may be in place.
Click Reset View to update the help desk calls on your listing whilst and delete any filters that may be in place.
Search for a Closed Call
Check Include Closed Calls to search for a closed help desk call...
...and enter the help desk call number...
TIP:
A closed help desk call can only be re-opened by an administrator
The closed help desk call now appears on screen
Remove the check from Include Closed Calls and click Reset View to delete the filter and view your open calls listing.
