Offer Ownership of a NeuQs Help Desk Call
NeuQs Help Desk Call Owner
The Call Owner is the individual responsible for the management and resolution of the call.
Default Call Owner
The Call Owner of a new help desk call will default to the Default Call Owner defined in the Client Editor which is can be found under HelpDesk Administration > Client Management. The Default Call Owner should offer ownership of the help desk call to the relevant support worker.

Help Desk calls can only be offered to users that are assignees on the help desk call
